Founder and owner of Skyhill Financial, Inc. and Skyhill Properties, Rosanne Covy established Skyhill Financial in 2001.  With over 30 years of industry experience providing valuations and asset level guidance to both large and small organizations, Rosanne has built a reputation as one of the most accurate and reliable sources of real estate data in the industry.  Under her direction, the company has maintained a strong focus on ensuring recovery value and timeline performance.

As the former Chief Operations Officer and Managing Director of Countrywide's Loan Servicing Division and the National Servicing Executive for Bank of America, Rick Hildebrand has both executive and tactical experience in all aspects of mortgage banking. These areas include: Default, Legal & Compliance, Customer Contact, Tax & Insurance, Loss Mitigation, Training, H.R., Property Preservation, and REO.  Rick  has managed an employee base in excess of 10,000 with an operating  budget of more than $1 billion.  In addition, Rick has led three independent, stand alone bank subsidiaries (President, Landsafe Default Title, President, Countrywide Field Services Corporation,  President, Countrywide Trustee Corporation with collective annual revenue in excess of $100 million).

Bryan runs the day to day of the firm, overseeing operations, accounting, H.R., IT & BI, client management and various other business initiatives. His responsibilities include ensuring all departments within the firm are operating at the highest level with a bias towards action to drive results. Bryan has over 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Skyhill he helped develop and build the asset disposition group for mortgage hedge fund Arch Bay Capital, which managed an excess of $3.5 billion in mortgage loans and real estate.  Before joining the hedge fund he worked for Citi Residential lending (formerly subprime lender Ameriquest) in various capacities within default servicing (loss mitigation, loan resolution, and a scratch & dent unit). Bryan earned both his B.A. in organizational leadership, and MBA from Chapman University, Orange, CA. Bryan is also a licensed real estate broker and general contractor.
